At Deane Public Works Ltd we aim to reduce the impact our operations have on local communities, and make a positive contribution to the communities within which we work.

This includes minimising disruption; fostering local involvement and enterprise through the use of local labour, equipment, materials and Supply Chain Partners where possible.

We have well established links with Local Authorities, Job Centres, Recruitment Agencies and local newspapers and have a track record of working closely with all stakeholders to ensure we can offer ‘local people local jobs’.

We encourage employees to positively contribute to communities through charitable giving. Groups of employees from across the Company have raised thousands of pounds and then charitable organisations,
